I lifted a carry on bag while traveling after 5 days post breast augmentation op, should I worry about it?

Question

5 days after ba (325cc, aerola incision) I had to travel for study and my surgeon authorized me However, at the airport I had to lift my carry on bag ( 20 pounds) into the security belt and off it. I didn't feel any pain and it was the only lifting I did. Now, a day after I don't feel almost any pain on my breasts although on my right one I get ocasional stings and when I touch the lower part it hurst a bit. Should I visit my doctor right away or should I wait and see if anything else happens?

For my patients, I advise that stinging sensations, even if just on one side, are usually related to transection of nerves during surgery. This almost always goes away over time. In the early post-operative period, the things that I am most concerned with are asymmetric swelling (possibly representing hematoma) or signs possibly associated with infection such as fever, redness, localized pain, and problems with the incision. 
For specific symptoms related to your surgery, it's always best to call your surgeon and ask. They won't mind. They want you to be happy and healthy!

Based on your history is unlikely that you damaged anything.  However I suggested to contact your plastic surgeon to inform themof what has happened.
