Can Restylane create scar tissue in the nose? My nasal tip is much fuller than it was previously.

I had filler in injected almost a year ago and then had Hyaluronidase injected to dissolve the filler. My nasal tip is much fuller then it was previously. I wouldn’t think there would still be filler in there, and am wondering if it is some kind of scar tissue?
