It is very likely that this pain is related to nerve regeneration after your breast reduction, which is usually described as "shooting" or occurring all of a sudden out of nowhere. There is a small chance that this type of pain can be an early indication of infection, so if there are any open areas or signs of redness or swelling, you should been seen by your surgeon to make sure you don't have an infection.
