I had surgery to remove what I thought was a cyst (turned out to not to be) and unfortunately have been left with a surgical scar that causes a dimple on the right side of my chin/cheek area. What options do I have to help reduce its apparence? I notice that I can pull the skin back and it disappears so I’m hoping there is something I can do to remove this
