Could cannula subcison be what's causing my cheek sagging? (photos)

I noticed that my cheeks esp. when smiling are way less full and seem to sit lower or have dropped compared to the before pictures (only ~5 months ago, so highly doubt itts just aging). How could this be explained other than ot being sagging from the cannula subcision to my cheeks (from ligament damage)? It makes me really sad and I want to be able to understand whar happened.
