Muscle damage to forehead after wound repair. Do I need subcision or will scar fix itself? (photo)

Question

4 weeks ago I had to get my forehead glued shut so it would stop bleeding. Now, whenever I raise my eyebrows the muscles on my forehead don't raise up all the way. Instead, they clump up directly below the scar. Is this something I need subscison to fix or is it possible that the scar will remodel and fix itself? Should I do scar massages?
