When you lose weight your breast implant volume remains the same, so it could make the breasts look different in relation to the rest of your body. However keep in mind that when some people lose weight their natural breast tissue may also be affected so the breast may also become smaller. I encourage you to maintain a healthy weight including a balanced diet and regular exercise.

Breasts have 2 components and in your case 3. One is the breast implants, then breast fat and breast parenchyma. If you lose weight then the amount of fat may go down and the breasts may look smaller. An alternative for you to consider is liposuction with fat transfer. You can undergo liposuction of the abdomen, wear a compressive garment to help make the abdomen flatter and transfer fat to the upper inner quadrant of the breasts to make them fuller on top. You could benefit from a repeat lift.
