For a congenital ptosis repair, you have very good symmetry after your surgery. I would caution against chasing perfection with further surgery.
Based on your singular photo, you appear to have ptosis which means droopiness of your upper eyelids on both sides. This is the best addressed by an ocular plastic surgeon. The goal would be to raise your eyelid margin by several millimeters for a more open eyed appearance. I hope this helps!...
