Extending nostril with columella skin extension (Photo)

In my primary: Bridge work and columelar skin shortrning was done , no alarplasty was done. I did have secondary to extend the columelar strut graft. I am satisfied with the nasal size just dont with my nostril size from the sides. I never had alarplasty. What happened is in my primary by shortening my columela now my nostrils look wider and shorter. I whatsapp clinics all the time to ask but they say cartilage is the fix. Tried didnt work for that. I believe I need v-y or columela skin flap
