Gel implants will be the most soft of the implants, but fat transfer is the most real. After reconstruction, there is more scar tissue and less movement, so there is less jiggling. Going behind the muscle works best for most reconstructed women.

Breast implants are overall very natural and mimic your breast parenchyma very closely. It is soft and not so common for them to be very jiggly. Your nipple sensation should not be affected from breast implant. With regards to h/o breast cancer - you will need special views on mammogram but history of breast cancer does not preclude you from implants. Subglandular vs submuscular depends on the multiple factors and should be determined at the time of your consultation.

Having breast cancer does not preclude you from breast implant surgery; however, if you had radiation, you are at a significantly higher risk for capsular contracture (which is a hardening of the scar tissue around the implant).
