I am writing to seek your professional medical perspective and advice regarding my current post-operative condition following liposuction, arm lift, neck lift, and SMAS face lift procedures performed approximately six months ago.Despite adhering diligently to the recommended post-operative care plan, I have noticed a lot of unsatisfactory results. From what I can see from the picture, the best option for you would be an incision that goes from the armpit up to the elbow, that would successfully remove all the excess skin because if you do any incision that is any more limited than that you would still have residual loose skin.
