I am writing to seek your professional medical perspective and advice regarding my current post-operative condition following liposuction, arm lift, neck lift, and SMAS face lift procedures performed approximately six months ago.Despite adhering diligently to the recommended post-operative care plan, I have noticed a lot of unsatisfactory results. Bat wings, arms still large, skin loose on arms and neck, face starting to droop and elasticity worse. Thank you for your time.

Thank you for your question regarding the results following liposuction, neck lift, MAS facelift, and arm reduction surgery. While it's challenging to assess solely from postoperative pictures, improvements are likely compared to your pre-surgery condition. Determining whether the results are "unsatisfactory" involves comparing objective signs of successful surgery against your personal expectations.
If you're dissatisfied with the outcomes, it's important to communicate your concerns with your plastic surgeon. In case you're considering further treatment, I recommend waiting at least 4 to 6 months for the operated areas to heal more completely. If, after one year post-surgery, you still find the results unsatisfactory, considering a revision might be appropriate.
Regarding a revision for your neck, a repeat neck lift could be an option. For your arms, a combination of repeat arm liposuction and arm reduction might be suggested.

I’m sorry you feel this way about your results. Your arms seem like they were very big to begin with, so maybe you weren’t the ideal candidate or the surgeon wasn’t as aggressive as he should have been. But it is very hard to be aggressive when performing so many procedures at once. Neck and Face Lift is a big procedure and I personally prefer to combine it with eyelid surgery only….. Adding an arm lift and lipo makes it very hard for me to get optimal results in both.

That said a revision is pretty straight forward. Just make sure you give everything enough time to heal before the revision. A minimum of 6 months is good, sometimes even a year is necessary before the revision.

Your photos show a very limited view. I would suggest boosting your healing with minimally invasive skin tightening like Renuvion and noninvasive Morpheus. You are still healing, but can be boosted.

From the submitted photos it appears the arm lift would need to be revised in order to remove further fat and better contour the arms.  An in person evaluation would be needed to discuss the face and neck lift due to the angles of the photos provided.  Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you.

Based on your series of posted photos, it is best to do a virtual in person consultation. You will need revision surgery without a doubt. Expect this to current stages. I would probably start with revision of the arm lift to extend past the elbow area and give you some more tightening using the J plasma with re-excision. Fee $12,000.
