Snoring years after rhinoplasty - why is this?

I had cosmetic surgery on my nose in April of 2018. In the past year or two I have noticed i am not able to breathe as well out of my nose (especially during exercise) as I was before the surgery. Additionally, I now snore pretty loudly at night whereas before the surgery I had never snored. What could be a possible explanation for this?

It depends on what was done during your surgery. If you septum was operated on at the same time, it is possible that it could be your septum. If you had your inferior turbinates reduced at the same time, they certainly can grow back (especially if you have allergies), or perhaps as you have healed there has been some contraction of the underlying framework. I would recommend going back to your surgeon and having your doctor check out what is going on inside your nose.
Snoring can be from the nose, but more often, it is from your soft palate.
