So this may seem like a weird request, but I'd like to have a flatter nose. My family has flatter noses because we are filipino, but I don't think I look it. I lack epicanthic folds and monolids, so nobody ever believes me when I say I am. Not only that, but I also dislike the slight bump my nose has. I've always seen flat noses as cute, and I'd like one too. Is it possible?

Thank you for your question. What you are seeking is possible. Most patients come in with a flat nose request to add height to the dorsum so just think long and hard about the decision so you don't have any regrets. It is certainly possible though to lower the dorsum and remove the bump. This can be done using the closed / scarless approach. I wish you all the best.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from rhinoplasty.
