the average we have seen for both procedures combined-although I do not recommend doing both simultaneously, is 15k-20k.

Fat transfer for these two combined procedures in my practice would be in the $12,000 to $17,000 range.  The range would take into account how much fat we would be transferring and how many areas we need to harvest the fat from.  When multiple sites are needed to get the fat, the cost increases as the case is longer.  However combining these two procedures leaves you with only your sides to sleep on for several weeks.  (i recommend keeping pressure off the fat grafted areas for 4 weeks) I would consider separating them into two procedures.

It is a procedure that has been performed safely since the early 1990's. Mammographic micro-calcifications are distinguishable from malignant ones with modern mammogram technology. More than one procedure is required to obtain the results that most augmentation patients seek. Liposuction with fat transfer may be accomplished without general anesthesia with associated mild post-operative pain. Recovery is only a matter of days.
