Its very hard to reverse facial fat grafting, sometimes this requires liposuction, face lift with fat removal or repositioning. I find that small changes can be treated with ultrasound, radiofreuqnecy or kybella/mesotherapy/lipodissolve, or 5fu steroids. Best, Dr. Emer.
Thanks for you question. When transferring fat to the face, you do not need alot of fat to accomplish good results. It can be taken from various places in very small quantities. It sounds like you probably do not have much storage, however I would consult with a Board Certified plastic surgeon...
