i am seeing my plastic surgeon in 3 weeks but want other opinions first. the stitches in the middle of my nose are puffy or like a little bubble on one side and you can see it when looking from either side. will it get better or will something need to be done to fix it? or did he just not do a good enough job stitching it? it has not changed at all in 3.5 weeks. I also have a lot of tiny red veins showing under my nostrils, is this from the rhinoplasty? I don't know if it was like that before.
