I have been cautioning my regular followers for many years now that permanent filler use can translate into prolonged or permanent filler complications, not just immediately following treatment, but as many as five, ten or twenty+ years later. So, "buyer beware" when considering permanent fillers for this or any other purpose. What might be considered would be the appropriate use of a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler to correct the asymmetry. In my own practice, I would consider performing a trial injection beforehand of plain saline in order to get a 'real world" idea of what and how much an actual filler treatment might accomplish. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
