Dear Doctors, The areas from sides of nose to mid and lower cheeks are way too full. I believe this is due to a combination of fillers, old fat injections and scar tissue from extra large cheek implant removal. Can this area be diminished? If there are nerves there, can't these nerves be carefully avoided and whatever is there be excised? and last of all can this be done during a face lift? thank you

I would recommend that you see a fully-trained, qualified plastic surgeon for full evaluation and treatment. Silicone often needs to be surgically excised. A consultation will enable you to be appropriately treated.
