If my implant is bulging at edge (palpable) and edge of implant visible thru my skin- does that mean implant not sized properly?

I am 2 years (not 2 months) post op. On my right breast I had an allergen mod implant size 495 silicone. I can feel a bulge (and its protruding at bottom of breast by cleavage. Does this mean implant placed was too big? If constriction was released would this not be an issue? Is there any fix besides strattice or fat graft??

You should make an appointment with your plastic surgeon for an in person examination as the symptoms you are describing could indicate a number of things. Pictures would be helpful, but having your doctor examine you and prescribe further treatment is probably necessary. Good luck!

Most implants are palpable along the lower border. If it is visible, then perhaps some of the products you mentioned may be an option. You need to be seen in person to be properly evaluated.

The issue with the bulge or fold in your implant could be related to the pocket, thin tissue, or even the implant selection as an implant with a softer shell might be less noticeable in your breast. There are many potential solutions so let your surgeon have a look.
