Can Fraxel work for lupus discoide scars?

I have Lupus Doscoide for about 20 years, my scars are kind deep and also I have medium dark skin Is the Fraxel a good option or should I try some kind fillers?? Thank you

Fraxel can significantly improve the hyperpigmentation on your legs. Leg and arm skin heals more slowly than facial skin, so you will probably have about two weeks of redness and roughness. Be sure to consult a board-certified dermatologist who has experience using Fraxel to improve leg skin.
