I am 5’3 133 lbs and a 25 year old female. I had a fat transfer to my breasts for volume loss at 19 years old. Since then they have started to sag. I was really hoping I would be a candidate for a mini lift via crescent or donut incision. I was thinking additionally about getting the smallest tear drop implant available to help with volume loss. I want to keep them as natural looking as I can with intervention.
Answer: Breast Surgery Incisions Thank you for your question. Based on the photo provided, I believe that a circumvertical incision pattern will give you the best aesthetic overall. This incision involves a thin fine line around the areola and then a small vertical line underneath. I recommend speaking to a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and concerns.

Answer: Lift Although measurements are needed to be certain, you probably need the vertical lift for your best results. The doughnut lift is limited and implants would need to be placed in front of the muscle.

Answer: Mini breast lift and where to make incision Hello, thank you for your question. a mini lift in our practice is a lollipop lift which would leave a scar around the areola and a vertical line in the breasts. I don't like to use a peri areolar by itself since it only will move the areola slightly instead of just lifting the actual breast tissue.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift Thank you for your question. A small implant placed into the sudden glandular plane with a crescent or donut left will provide you with an acceptable result. However, it is difficult to tell exactly what would be necessary based on the rendering. There is always a trade-off - scars for shape. You are likely a good candidate for a vertical only breast lift and therefore can avoid a Breast implant. Good luck.
