I am 5’3 133 lbs and a 25 year old female. I had a fat transfer to my breasts for volume loss at 19 years old. Since then they have started to sag. I was really hoping I would be a candidate for a mini lift via crescent or donut incision. I was thinking additionally about getting the smallest tear drop implant available to help with volume loss. I want to keep them as natural looking as I can with intervention.

Answer: Breast lift Thank you for your question. A small implant placed into the sudden glandular plane with a crescent or donut left will provide you with an acceptable result. However, it is difficult to tell exactly what would be necessary based on the rendering. There is always a trade-off - scars for shape. You are likely a good candidate for a vertical only breast lift and therefore can avoid a Breast implant. Good luck.

Answer: Breast lift Dear sabrinass, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
