I have a general question about fat transfer. I have been reading reviews and a few people say that have lumpy areas in their face. What causes this? The fat that does not survive? Or improper processing of the fat? I am interested in the procedure because my face has become thin since I lost weight. Thank you, Connie

I think you have a slight ptosis in the right eye (left on screen). Eyelid surgery can correct this. For your face, you have strong jawline. If you want to look younger and cuter, botox to the masseter will soften this area. And yes, fat grafting the lower eyelid/cheek region will add volume in...
It is very likely that correction with nano fat grafts (fat stem cells) may be a procedure that will address the issue. You should discuss this option with your surgeon in more details. Good luck.
