Looking to find the best solution for back skin tightening - Airsculpt, Bodytite or firmsculpt? (photos)

Question

I have done coolsculpting and laser lipo in the past. I want to have a smooth sculpted back line from my bra area to my waist. What are my best options? I have been looking into bodytite, airsculpt/airsculpt+ and firmsculpt. I am medium build 130lb 5'6".

BodyTite does not remove any fat, but it is capable of producing a 45% contraction in tissues. It can be combined with liposuction to improve contours dramatically. BodyTite only works well for people who are near their target weight and who have skin elastic enough to bounce back from the procedure; it does not leave a scar. Results can be seen immediately after one treatment and are more evident over three to six months post-treatment. Wait until six months to fully evaluate the aesthetic results. If you maintain your target weight within 5 to 10 pounds of your goal weight, the results should last for years.

From your photos you can consider BodyTite for skin tightening.  This minimally invasive procedure uses RF technology both on top of and just under the skin to stimulate skin tightening and does not require general anesthesia.  It can be combined with Morpheus8 treatments to optimize results.  A surgical bra line lift can also be considered but does involve a scar that runs alone the bra line. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

From your photos, I note the development of moderately redundant skin folds of the back.
The aging process involves loss of skin elasticity. Sun exposure and the downward pull of gravity eventually stretches the skin as the dermal elastic fibers rupture (like an old stretched out rubber band). 
While non-surgical modalities may offer a degree of improvement, you may ultimately consider performance of an upper back lift which will remove the excess skin, restoring natural contour. It does, however, involve a significant transverse incision of the upper back, placed within the bra-line, running from armpit to armpit. 
Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.
