Hello, I want to get cheek implants and buccal fat removal, because I want more contour. What surgery would better be done first? Best wishes and thanks in advance!
Answer: Why not together! Its pretty easy to get both done at the same time, plus it would be one recovery vs. two. For the actual surgery, the implants would be placed first, then the cheeks would be reassessed for buccal fat. You would most likely end up needing to taking out less fat afterwards, due to the new cheek prominence.

Answer: Facial Contouring with Fillers (Juvederm Voluma, Vollure, Volbella, Radiesse, Bellafil), Sculptra, Fat Grafting, Implants Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Answer: Cheek implants and buccal fat removal Both of these procedures can be done in the same surgery. It is usually performed in MAC, twilight anesthesia. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, familiar with both procedures, is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Custom cheek implants first. Your surgeon could do both at the same time, but perhaps it would suit you better to only do one over the other.
