Big cheeks ruin smile - how can I make it better? (Photo)

Hello I have a lot of fat in the cheeks even if I'm 52 kilos for 169cm.... and when I smile, it gives my outer eye corners a weird kind of shape... like an Asian eye fold... and it makes my face very ugly when I smile... how to make it better?

Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry...
