Facial indentation/red crease on top of cheek! I'm 20, help! (Photos)

Question

Included Pictures for better explanation. There is a red creases on top of my cheek that does experience pain, With the normal functions of day to day activity. It is puffy and hard underneath. I have been look up upper cheek sores but have only found malar bags. There's is little to no explanation as to what I have. Which makes it way more difficult. I looks like I have been knuckled in the face! I am on the verge of going crazy, and considering going under the knife to get this removed.
