The Vanquish ME machine is not designed or appropriate for use anywhere except abdomen/flanks and thighs and works mostly on fat. If your double chin is mostly loose skin (especially after weight loss/ aging) I recommend the Exilis Ultra, which is another BTL machine, for skin tightening. If you have a lot of fat in the area, there are some other options, but you may want to see a plastic surgeon to consider more invasive options like laser-assisted liposuction.
Hello there, We would never treat a chin with Vanquish. The applicators are too large and the metal IUD is a contraindication as well. Typically Coolsculpting or Kybella are best for submental fullness. Hope this helps. Sarah RN BSN
