Vanquish or Exilis for fat reduction on abdomen for female w/ 20 BMI? (photo)

Question

I was evaluated to have insufficient fat to pinch in applicator for CoolSculpting. Would Vanquish or Exilis be effective in reducing abdomen fat for someone with smaller fat cells? Thanks!

In truth, non-surgical options give only mild improvement compared to surgical lifting. Skin tightening can be done with a combination of Vanquish, truSculpt iD, Venus Legacy, Exilis, Cellutone/Zwave. However, for best results, a Tummy Tuck procedure can be combined with a high definition procedure at the same time. For best results, I recommend VASER HI-DEF Liposuction with ThermiRF, Renuvion, InMode BodyTite and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. Thank you for your question and posting your picture. For patients who are not a good candidate for Coolsculpting (either too big or too small), I find that Vanquish Me is a good treatment alternative. I have seen some very impressive results in patients who are not candidate for liposuction or Coolsculpting. While Excilis is also an RF device that heats tissue, it does not have an FDA indication for the destruction of fat cells.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.
