Best chin options/surgery to remove cleft chin/chin dimple? (Photos)

Hello! I'm interested in chin surgery to remove my cleft chin/chin dimple. I only want to remove the chin dimple/cleft and I do not want to make my chin bigger or longer. It's only noticeable at certain angles & lighting but I've always hated it and it makes my face look too masculine. Please let me know what is the best option. Thank you!

The easiest thing would be to do filler in the cleft only. The cleft is due to a bone issue, meaning that the only way to address it would be to put somerthing into that bone indentation, either filler or something else. An implant can help but it would build up other parts of the chin, which you said you didn't want.

In general, dimples may not be completely removed with fillers since they may be due to ligaments that extend from the skin down to the bone. We have had good success in minimizing the appearance of chin dimples with microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections for a permanent result. I hope this helps!
