In addition, augmenting chin projection in this way can secondarily help to tighten and better define the jawline, as well as diminish the submental laxity noted. If still necessary, additional robust HA filler can be used directly in the jawline to achieve greater jawline and submental definition Lip filler may also be used, if desired, to better harmonize the projections of the lips with those of the nose and chin. This will significantly improve your profile balance. Rhinoplasty would also help balance your profile, but I think chin augmentation will look Great! Liposuction of your neck below your chin, (people often refer to this as Chin Liposuction) is sometimes dramatic, especially if you have a lot of ft to remove. In your case it will provide only a slight improvement because you don't have a lot of fat there to be removed.
