I have a prominent/protruding chin that bothers me. I feel as if it’s okay when I am not smiling, however when a do smile, my chin is not aesthetically pleasing. I feel like it looks awful in pictures and I find myself slightly photoshopping my chin. What are some options to reduce or soften the appearance of my chin. If there are options, could any be done under local anesthesia or would it have to be general?
