Is my chin implant big? If so, do I need a revision? (photos)

Male, 26. Got ecoflone (similar to medpor) chin implant around 7 months ago. Have some doubts about whether the chin implant is proportionate to my face (especially, vertically). Do I need revision? Will it be more traumatic since it's basically medpor? What about sagging skin, etc?

Thank you for your question. Judging solely by the photos, it appears that your chin implant gave you a nice, symmetrical result. However, the only person who needs to be satisfied with the results is you, so if you have doubts, I recommend that you schedule a consultation with your plastic surgeon. Your surgeon can address your concerns and provide options (both surgical and nonsurgical) for further enhancement, should you decide that you haven’t achieved your desired results. Best of luck!

You have the most important opinion of whether your chin implant is too big or not, but in my opinion, I think your results look good with the implant you currently have.  I would not recommend a revision for you.
