Now I have loose skin on my neck that was not there before. What are options to try to get it back to how it looked before? :(

If you  have in mind these small bands, wrinkles in the midneck area, that is, very likely, not a direct consequence of chin implant removal. You should discuss Botox treatment with a board certified plastic surgeon, which may improve this condition. Hope this helps. Good luck.
