Hi, After my consultation we agreed that a larger implant would be best (we looked at two implantech models, either 1.6cm or 1.75cm). I’m aware bone resorption is usually not an issue but occurs to a greater extent when the implant is larger. The reason I need a larger one is because the above sizes bring my chin to the lower lip and in proportion. Overtime, if bone resorption occurs, could this mean my projection would visibly deteriorate? Thanks.
