Can encapsulated hyaluronic acid filler injected in tear troughs be removed surgically instead of using hyaluronidase? (Photo)

I got hyaluronic acid filler in my tear troughs and I want to get it removed. I’m too scared of getting hyaluronidase since many people report it dissolved their tissue.

It is generally recommended to avoid any elective treatments, including injectable fillers, in women who are pregnant or breast feeding. Having a filler treatment a few months prior to becoming pregnant should not cause any issues.
