I got hyaluronic acid filler in my tear troughs and I want to get it removed. I’m too scared of getting hyaluronidase since many people report it dissolved their tissue.

Difficult area to treat and fully correct. I've had decent results with using fillers. I think microneedling with PRP can be considered as well. No benefit from peels/microdermabrasion.

You should never do at home filler injections this maybe swelling but also could be due to vascular event if there is skin color change or major pain. see an expert in filler injections to help. Best, Dr. Emer.
