What can I do to reduce these unsightly spots on my legs? (Photo)

I have these little bumps all over my legs where my hair follicles are supposed to be. I believe it is KP. I am disgusted and often hide me legs because of the way they look. Could I try exfoliating, laser, bleaching creams, chemical peels, or something else? I'm lost as to what to do.

I suggest pulsed dye laser or nonablative fractional lasers or peels to treat this, although this is genetic and often will only get a subtle change.  Topical lactic acid creams and vitamin A creams help as well.  Best, Dr. Emer.
