Unlike low strength TCA peels, The TCA CROSS Technique uses 90%-100% TCA applied down the depth of the ice pick (pit) scar in order to tighten the walls and orifices of the pores together.  As a rule, I do a test site on one or two relatively inconspicuous sites and let them heal for a minimum of six weeks. If the results are satisfactory, many scars can be treated in one treatment session. Typically, at least two to four treatment sessions are required per site to achieve optimal results.
