3 chicken pox scars on face. Done microneedling 3 times, TCA Cross, Subcision and CO2 laser 4 times - advice? (photos)

But these treatments didn't work. I'm considering of doing Punch excision but worried that it might get worse. Next week I have my schedule for CO2 fractional laser. Please help.

For chickenpox scars, I recommend a combination of lasers, subcision and fillers. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Your skin does not respond well to excision and closure or fillers.  Fractional laser or dermabrasion would be good options to consider. It looks like you have a little hyperpigmentation so you might want to pretreat with hydroquinone.
