What would help minimize the appearance of lingering swelling 6 months after blepharoplasty? (photo)

Question

I’m 6 months out from upper and lower blepharoplasty (fat repositioning, skin pinch) and canthopexy. The skin next to my nose, but not the fat that was repositioned is still swollen. It makes my eye hollows look much worse than before the surgery, as there are much much pronounced peaks and valleys. Is there an aggressive treatment or medication I can consume to help?

At six months, your results are final and you are no longer swollen.
What you’re looking at is the long-term outcome of the procedure.
I don’t think a treatment for swelling is going to change your outcome.
If you have concerns regarding your outcome, then follow up with your provider.
To make a quality assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we usually need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took. 
I’m usually not a fan of removing skin from the lower eyelid.
Doing so will create a premature ectropion at some point.
Whenever skin is removed, there may be a sense that the skin that was not removed. Looks a little more redundant.It’s really not possible to assess your outcome without seeing before pictures.
Follow up with your provider or schedule a few in person second opinion consultations with other providers in your community if you are motivated enough to consider having revision surgery.
I don’t think there is a non-surgical approach to your concern.
