I had a lower bleph with fat transposition ( fat sutured in the tear through 1st week) with deep CO2 around the eyes. I had significant swelling that's still not fully resolved. The doctor recommended using a cooled jade roller to facilitate lymphatics, especially in malar area. I read in some of the responses on this site that transposed fat can move or scar on top of the cheek. Is that true, how often the transposed fat moves after the first month? Could massaging undereye damage the fat?
