Can my nipples be repositioned and resized? 6 years after gynecomastia surgery (photo)

I had gyno removal surgery about 6 years ago. All my friends and partners say my nipples look weird now. I often get the comment they look like pepperonis. One is also higher than the other, so it looks really dumb when I'm not flexing. Can they be made small smaller and position better?

Your nipples can be repositioned to lower the higher one and elevate the lower one.  This would involve eccentric circles to make the areolas smaller and can result in a starburst pattern around them.

It appears that one of your nipples is scarred to the muscle. Simple surgery to release the scar in local anesthesia may improve it. Good luck.

Your nipples and areola appear quite normal. The lateral scar is noticeable.

I suspect no one remarks on them unless you specifically ask them “do my nipples look funny?”  They will want to accommodate your beliefs by saying yes.
