Huge bumps on nipples, I'm extremely self conscious, what are they? (Photos)

There hasn't been a Doctor Who has explained to me what these bumps are on my nipples. My nipples are also very large. Is there anything that can be done to shrink them and also remove these weird bumps? They are also inverted, this is what they look like after 20 minutes of pumping them with a nipple corrector. Please help!!

These lumps are part of normal anatomy of the nipples. Although they do slightly increase the size of your nipple they are not completely responsible for large nipples. Nipple reduction would be a good procedure for you. I would not recommend removing individual glands. Good luck.

Thank you for the question and the pictures.   But, the best thing to do is not use the nipple pump for about 3 weeks and then take some pictures of the normal appearance of your nipples.   The nipple pump[ definitely distorts the appearance of your nipples, enlarges them and is probably enlarging the bumps.
