What do you think the mark is on my top lip and how can I make it go away? (Photos)

Mark on lip from lip filler. I’ve had this mark on my lip for quite awhile now. I’ve had lip filler done three times. After the second procedure, I started noticing it. The injector said it’s a ruptured blood vessel and will go on its own once the filler starts dissolving. It hasn’t started going away though. What do you think the mark is and how can I make it go away? By using laser?

Hi @Straightforward571500! Thank you for sending your photos. I would recommend dissolving your lips and starting with a fresh canvas. A lip flip will not add volume. Thus, I recommenced 1 syringe of Restylane Kysse. Best Wishes, Dr. Nima!

Thank you for sharing your question. Either of the major HA filler brands should afford you a nice improvement with little risk of granuloma formation. See a specialist in consultation however.
