My lips are relatively full naturally, but not my ideal shape. I really like the doll-like shape that conforms more with East Asian beauty standards (pictured). There is a surgery where the tubercles are made more prominent via cutting the lips and stitching them. I’m wondering about whether this would help me achieve this sort of lip shape without compromising too much of my natural fullness. If filler is used instead, what prevents the hyaluronic acid from dispersing within the lip?
