I’m about 1yr post op. I had a rib rhinoplasty done. A week after surgery my surgeon knew there was something wrong. My nose bridge was slanted. I went back a month post op to get it corrected through one nostril and push the rib graft over. Now it that the swelling is completely gone, it still looks uneven. I’m so scared to get a revision in fear it will be worse that what I have now. I’m considering dermal filler for side that looks less full. I heard it’s riskier having a rhino already.
