Lower bleph 1.5 years ago and still have small bags. Is a correction needed for my lower bleph? (Photo)

I got a lower bleph 1.5 years ago and still have small bags. They've looked like this ever since the swelling went down. I have also had a CO2 fractional laser treatment under my eyes to tighten up the skin but I don't see any difference. Any suggestions on where to go from here?

Your eyebrows are below the level of the orbital rim. You would benefit from a browlift. There are 2 ways to do a browlift: in the hair or at the hairline. Your photographs cut off your head so it's hard to determine which way you would benefit from. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Upper eyelid surgery - will it correct asymmetry? (Photo)

You would be a great candidate for upper eyelid surgery. Removing excess tissue would allow you to have an eyelid platform again. Any asymmetry from brow position could be addressed at the same time. Recovery is around 2-3 weeks. Best to see an eyelid expert.
