Would I need a tummy tuck in combination with my Brazilian butt lift and liposuction to achieve desired results? (photos)

I always recommend choosing a Board certified plastic surgeon to achieve optimal results. You could go ahead with liposuction and BBL. Talk with your surgeon about doing small amount of abdominal & flank Vaser liposuction after they perform most of the fat harvesting regular liposuction. The regular liposuctioned fat will be transferred to your buttocks. Vaser liposuction helps to tighten the skin. The Vaser liposuctioned fat can not be transferred though as it is killed using the heat and ultrasonic technology that helps to tighten the skin in the areas it is used on. There’s still a chance you’ll have loose skin on your abdomen. After you are healed you can decide if you are happy with the way everything looks or if you want that possible skin removed. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. You might also get improvement with BBL. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

You might start with liposuction and see what kind of results you have once the excess fat is removed. You are very sway back so your abdomen will always protrude unless you can improve your posture.
