Blepharoplasty reversible? Did I need brow ptosis repair instead of eye ptosis repair? (Photo)

Eyelid and eyebrow dynamics can be very complex. From the first photo, it does appear that you have eyelid ptosis that needed a ptosis repair. The eyebrow position must always be assessed before a ptosis repair, or an upper blepharoplasty because afterwards, the brows may drop further. It is somewhat difficult to recommend brow lifting in a 24 year old, but you might have been the candidate for it along with your upper blepharoplasty/ptosis repair. At any rate, it appears that you would now benefit from a brow lift. Good luck!
