I had a thigh lift with groin incision, breast aug and TT July 2018. The thigh lift didnt improve loose skin after a 100lb weight loss. TT left a lot of loose skin. On April 15th I had a revision on the tummy and thigh... again the thigh had little to no improvement. Asked my doctor for a 3rd revision? Would another surgeon fix this? I still have sag! Maybe he didn’t do Lipo with the medial thigh revision. Also, is the bruising normal? I am 2 weeks 3 days post op and it’s sore to the touch.

Discoloration of the skin and pain may be related to cellulitis (fat tissue infection), bleeding or necrosis of the fat tissue. In person clinical evaluation is necessary to find out what is going on. You should contact your surgeon in this regard ASAP.
Good Morning,
Thigh lifts can be very challenging. Often the result of weight changes or previous surgeries, the thigh skin can sag. The weight of the skin on the suture line can also be significant. The further the area of concern is from your incision line, the less dramatic...
Whenever you have a small incision I always recommend you massage the area, get the blood flow moving through the scar tissue, second i recommend silicon sheeting to help minimize the appearance of the scar. PRP onto the incision also helps tremendously.
