I am planning to get breast augmentation via fat grafting. I currently take 5-10mg of IR Adderall for my ADHD which I need to take for school about 5-6 day per week. Will the adderall affect the general anesthesia or fat retainment from the procedure?

Please don't try to gain weight just to have a fat transfer. Once transferred, you may find that your weight goes back to normal and you loose the fat. If you have available fat now, then you can have the transfer.
